When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company, role, company stage, the service you are interested in, your timing and your message. We do not collect special personal information and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you choose to proceed, to discuss and set up an engagement. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form processing service based in the United States, which acts as an operator on our behalf. This means your information is transferred outside South Africa. We rely on Formspree's data protection terms for this transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if no engagement follows, for no longer than twelve months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email duncan@crossonfractional.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
